These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and h779 ("h779", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://h779.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

h779 operates as an online betting and casino information platform providing educational and informational content in relation to sports wagering, live casino games, cricket betting and responsible gambling practices. h779 is not a gambling operator and does not itself accept bets, hold player funds or issue gambling licences.

• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, until a security breach is formally reported and confirmed.

h779 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from h779 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

h779 may require identity verification ("KYC") at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests, upon flagging of unusual account activity, or as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

Acceptable KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence;
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement;
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund the account;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by h779's compliance team.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal processing. h779 reserves the right to close accounts where KYC requirements cannot be met.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or any verification process;

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the exclusive property of h779 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution or republication of Platform content without prior written consent from h779;
• Commercial use or resale of any content, data or material obtained from the Platform;
• Systematic extraction or scraping of Platform content for any purpose;
• Removal or alteration of any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices contained within Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h779 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

h779 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times;
• Any content published on the Platform is complete, current or free from inaccuracies;
• The Platform is free from viruses, malware or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, h779 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even where h779 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. h779's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amounts deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude h779's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

h779 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. The following responsible gambling conditions form an integral part of these Terms:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any criminal conduct;
• Abuse of bonuses, promotional offers or the Platform's technical systems;
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Inactivity — accounts that have not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to dormancy fees as stated in the applicable fee schedule.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility conditions) will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to successful identity verification and the completion of any outstanding compliance reviews.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gambling reasons will be processed with immediate effect.
